A Production Manager is a hybrid position created for Licensed, Knowledgeable, and Motivated MLO’s who find themselves drawn to working inside of the loan process. We have created this position to hire and reward those key people we know are the “glue” of mortgage companies.
Experienced production managers are able to originate their own production and earn up to 275 bps with pure broker rates, flexibility to match or beat any competitors terms to WIN every client, as well as earn commissions on team production and a strong base salary.
An ideal candidate for this opportunity is …
- Knowledgeable of Conventional, FHA and VA Loan programs and process A DU/LP underwriting Whiz
- Loves Technology
- Comfortable communicating via messenger, email and text Consistent, Accurate, Organized and Responsive
- A Clear, Efficient Communicator
- Able to analyze a problem, determine the best solution, and take immediate action to solve it Takes pride in diagnosing and correcting loan issues quickly
- A Thumb Pointer, Never a Finger Pointer
